Gamesalad Permissions Customer Alerts

Hi guys I just want some information concerning the following predicament,
I have created a popular app for toddlers using GameSalad which has been selected as FAD on the Amazon app store.
Its titled 'Cutie Monsters Preschool" a simple preschool interactive book with jigsaw puzzles.

I have had hundreds of free downloads which is great! But I am getting some very concerning 1 star reviews about the permissions that are set as part of the Gamesalad binary. Can anyone please give me the reasons that Gamesalad adds these permissions? I would to let these and other customers know why they are there.

I am designing children's apps as pay once apps. I have added no links to social networks or the web at all and there are also no in app purchases or advertising.

This is the way I want to present all the apps I design for children, is there anyway to turn off these permissions of if I don't need to use them?

Here is a link to the app on the store with said concerning reviews: http://www.amazon.com/Little-Phoenix-Interactive-Monsters-Preschool/dp/B00ARRDTX6

Thanks for any help
Little Phoenix

I see only one 1 star review about the virus thing. The other says it doesn't display right on their device.

As far as the permissions no you cannot turn them off. its a downside to using GS. They have said they are looking into what they can do to edit the permissions.

These Anti-Virus Apps flag anything that uses certain permissions not an app or what it does when its run. if Android thought the permissions where that bad surely they would remove them. kinda ridiculous if you ask me. Glad I don't use an android device.

Thanks for your reply :-) I prefer the Apple App Store myself. (and I only use an Android tablet for testing)
The other review was funnily enough a 3 star review stating that the app was Adware and they recommended uninstalling. Its funny I was excited about this promotion earlier but now I wished I hadn't of bothered. These two reviews now remain at the top of the review list :-(
A bit of a warning to other Gamesalad app developers that may be selected for a Amazon FAD promotion, it might be more trouble than its worth. You can get a lot of people that aren't really your target market downloading your app and not finding it suitable or worse being alarmist about its permissions.
