Error generating app for Android

I got this error when trying to generate a Android app. I have searched the forums, without any luck. Any ideas?

"Something went wrong configuring your app. Please check your configuration and try again. If the problem persists contact us and reference publish request [264db242-ce08-4312-a4c9-cb362e1518b5]."

    Hi,

    I finally figured it out. You need to upload a .png file into the startup logo rather than the .jpg image I was uploading.

    I had uploaded a preview pic that was a jpg instead of a png - or vice versa... That simple. Unfortunately the compiler just gives this failure and not the real reason it failed.
