assetmanager is not receiving my assets...

i am trying to send another pack for sale on the marketplace to assetmanager at GS.com but i tried twice and i do not receive the usual automatic response mail back atfer 2-3 days. my previous assets were correctly received and confirmed in some hour.
i also tried to get in touch with markeplace at GS.com twice, directly sending the zip with my files but nothing happenend...
is there something wrong in these days?
