Submitting a Certificate Signing Request for Approval

Hello, yesterday 05.04.13 11:30 a.m I made all points from 1 to 10 in Apple publishing - Setting up Development Certificate in GS Cookbook. I have submitted signing request to approval. today is 06.04.13 12:15 p.m. When are App Dev Team going to approve my certificate request? If my request will approved, will I continue from 11th point? I didn't do 11th and other further points because I'm waiting for the approving my generated CSR. All I'm doing is Right? Please help. Thanks a lot.
