I'd consider adding some more color, unless you're going for all red for some reason. Maybe leave the ship red, add some yellow and orange to the trail and maybe change the maze wall color to purple or green, or something else to add some variation.
Fantastic! Other than the bright redness of the background straining my eyes after a while, it looks like a really cool, really addicting game!
Loving the burst, and the level design too. I don't think you're randomizing the maze, so there's an end to the run? I'm curious to see how the finished product turns out
@thegabfather yes there is an end i was thinking of randomising it but the levels wouldnt be as interesting as it would be a more simple path so im not sure now wether to have randomised or different levels to unlock?
A few little suggestions: - The burst should correspond to the rocketship's rotation. - Make it auto generate with tables by having about 30 different tables and then they all have a part of the map. Then those parts are spawned in different orders. Or go the lazy way and make 30 different scenes and do it manually. - When the rocketship hits something, make it stop immediately, and possibly shake the screen. - Add a score feature with custom images and a high score that displays on the home screen.
Best of luck! - Thomas P.S. I assume the little white box is just there for testing?
