Developing a new game and i have a question. As the title says is it legal to use a something like that

    I assume you're speaking of the God of War Chicken. It's border-line but I'm sure you'd be fine as long as that chicken isn't immortal and consistently fighting greek gods and mythical figures, and fornicating with random women with big hoo-has.

    Basically what I'm saying is don't infringe on trademarks or clone a game too closely.... and you'll be just fine.

    Ye i just wanna use this is as a char skin/costume. Game will be completely different from god of war. But still it looks like kratos. I cant be sure if its legal or illegal.

    If you drew the chicken, or it's free art that you put a red line on, I'd say you're fine so long as you don't advertise that it's supposed to be representing God of War or Kratos.

    I've drew it myself. Have PSD file ect if something happens. I won't be using "Kratos" as the name of the character aswell. I guess i'll be fine then.

    When in doubt don't do! How hard is it to redesign it if you draw it?
