Publishing issue- Please Log-in to Gamesalad Creator in order to publish your game

I keep getting" Please Log-in to Gamesalad Creator in order to publish your game". When i got it a week ago, i emailed support and it was fixes and i was able to submit my game but today i am getting back the same issue. Help anyone?

    Have you tried logging in? It does require a login to publish. Is there more the the message?

    I get that message AFTER. I log in and click publish in the creator.
    When you click publish in the creator, it will tell ou to log in. After keying in the details, it will say processing then sows the message.
    Nope there is no more to the message.
