I have an issue with a user. He claims that the game requires access to the phone, and it is true. The game has android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE. According to Google, you can only delete it filtering SDK above 4.0. But how can I do it in Android publishing? I got a one star rating because of that and it is bad, very bad.
