Issues with Pro membership

I have a Pro membership that was renewed on April 11 2012. However, I do not have any of the PRO credentials on the forum/website/etc. I can view the Pro forum (cannot post), etc. How do I fix this?

Thanks TheMoonwalls . should have read further down the post for that important piece of information: There is one minor caveat to this: I will need you to let me know if you wish to be acknowledged as a Pro user.
