what do you think about a website to help raise funds to publish?

Sometime ago i just create a topic here in gamesalad forum with a website of my game to try raise founds to publish my game but automatcaly my topic was deleted!

So what do you think about a website for indie developers, where you can send your proposition and have your game in the raise list, where people can donate any value to your project...

    yeah, but a just for games... I live in brazil, i tried to create a campaign in kickstarter but i can't... because of my country... i'm talking about a global website helper for indie developers...

    If you had money troubles getting your own game published (which is not very much), how likely is it that you will realisticaly have the capital to create what you are proposing? It's going to take a lot more than a just having a site (it's a business), especially if you are going to be involved with the financials globally.

    If you can't get services like kickstarter or indiegogo in Brazil, you could seek to create such a thing (if you have the $ and business mind), but you should focus on Brazil before thinking about going global.
