Universal Binary App Signing Issue

in iPhone and Android Publishing
When I go and download the App and sign it, it doesn't allow me to choose which provisioning profile to use. It is just stuck. I can download the iPhone or iPad version and it works great, is this a known issue, is there a way around this? Thanks for your help.

    Check that you have the bundle ID of the new UB typed correctly on the publishing page and installed in Xcode

    @dr2391 Would that matter if it works when I download the iPad or iPhone version?
