Hey guys, I've been working on this project for a little while now, and thought might aswel post some screenshots of the game and how it's coming along, I haven't released a game in over a year but this one has me hooked. The general idea is get through each lvl by jumping over a obstacle in your path, timing your jump right is crucial or you could die horribly, once he starts running he doesn't stop ( currently over 15 ways to die) each lvl increases in difficulty and speed of how fast your player runs.( yes he's a little ninja) collect items and unlock new outfits for your character. You start with three lives and gain more as you progress through the levels ( currently 100) but if you loose them all you die and must start from the beginning. I hope to add some gameplay videos soon, so here's some screens of the game in action and some of the unlockable characters. Any suggestions or comments most welcomed.

Here's some newer screens, I decided to redo the actors and make them smaller so I can make the stages larger and more complicated the further you get.

Cool idea! I love simple apps like this that are black and white.
    Good luck,

Nice work. I like the graphics except for the ying yang. My suggestion is to make it pure black and white like the rest.

Thanks, I'm not sure if its entirely gonna be black and white, it seemed to just end up going that way, as you can see in the different outfits for your dude, there's a red ninja there.

I was thinking about that, I like it , but I don't like how it doesn't really match, I'll see how it goes, thanks for the suggestion :)

Hey @Taidken I really like all the fine details you used. It's a great choice of style. Although I do agree with LudwigHeijden it would be a good idea to keep the ying yang style the same as the rest of the graphics. I only learn these things myself from trial and error. It's about trying to get the balance right. The straight black and white really pops because of the contrast. Soon as you start introducing blended shades in the mix it starts to look unbalanced and you lose what makes it look so striking. Just my opinion!

I use ScreenFlow for screen recording but see how you get on with the built in recorder in Quicktime.
