    Yeah, if you don't own it, and don't have permission to use it, then you can't without permission I'm afraid :(

    You will need permission to use the mechanical (the actual recording) from West, his management and/or his label as well as having to cut a usage deal with his publisher. I can't tell you how much it would cost, it varies by artist, the mechanical should cost you nothing, but if you do get permission (you won't) the very least the publisher would be looking at would be a few hundred thousand dollars (for commercial use) for one territory for a 6-12 month usage.

    Yep no fishing for points. Copyrights are there for a reason so the artist can get paid for their work. Using copyrighted work is stealing by law. Copyright laws are what protects our ideas as creative people so we more than any group should honor them as we need them too.
