make iPhone app without apple account

in iPhone and Android Publishing
I'm trying to make an iPhone app and not publish it but just download it to my iPod/phone. I'm making it off of a windows 7 computer but i can get access to a mac if i need to. Any suggestions?

    No, you need an Apple Account to put the viewer on your phone and play it there (or to do an Ad Hoc build).

    You can do that with jailbreak device. But as per GS rules its not allowed to discussed on that. I suggest you to spend $99 for that.
