whats the best programe for art ?

Hi guys,

As Ive said in a previous post im new to gamesalad ( if i new about it sooner i wouldn't be lol) and was looking at some of the artwork on here is INCREDIBLE !! Ive got adobe Illustrator is that any good ? just interested to see what people use to create these magnificent pieces of artwork !
