windows generating

in iPhone and Android Publishing
When i generate the app it generates for a long time and wont say finish, only when i refresh the screen it says finish. But when i click continue it says bundler not identified. So what i do is generate for few minutes and then press download project to get an appx file.is there something wrong with the windows generating process?
