i can not drag and drop actors to the cene, i need help

More information would be not only helpful but required to assist you with this issue.
For example: Are you using Mac or Windows Creator? What version of Creator and what version of the OS?
Does this happen with a single project file, all existing project files, or even with brand new files you create? Are you able to open an existing file from someone else (e.g. one of the built-in templates) and drag and drop actors? If not, can you at least double-click an actor in a scene to edit its rules?
This is your first post. Have you been able to work with Creator before and add actors to the scene or is this the first time you've tried?
Can you post a video showing what you are doing? Maybe there's something simple that a visual demonstration would quickly resolve?
