Publishing strategy guide?

If I were to publish a strategy guide for a game. Would I get in trouble for having the strategy guides "original games name strategies"?
Also if I use screenshots of the game could they come afterme for copyright? I've seen a ton of $0.99 apps that are strategy guides for a game and they even use the games original art/graphics. Was wondering how that works. I want to do a strategy guide but I don't want any legal issues.

I have seen strategy guides as well. I THINK you only need to stay away from using the Graphics from the game you are describing. ALWAYS include the Copyright, Trade Mark or Restricted glyphs by ANYTHING that is shown or titled in the game. Declare first and foremost that who the Game belongs to and their credits. Declare that the guide you made is an UNOFFICIAL strategy guide and that the strategies were created by You and have no association to the Game or its Producers.

tip.. send the game producers an e-mail and ask for limited permissions..

If using their images for instructional use. You are good to go. Just make sure to mention where the screenshots are from.

That would be like Microsoft being mad that your teaching people how to use word.
