Capturing iPad screen as a movie - is this possible?

Hi..

On the mac there are many software apps for recording the screen and saving as a Quicktime or Avi...any ideas for the iPad??

    well quicktime included with 10.6 does video of your screen.
    Once the new non beta sdk is out from apple and the ipad viewer is working at a descent FPS you could do it that way.

    Also i think there is an app on the app store for developers that uses xcode to put whatever is on your iphone screen on your monitor.
    I cant remember the name but it might work for ipad

    iSimulator, I think James is referring too? It has the word "simulator", ads were all over TouchArcade.
