Need a little help...

I am trying to learn gamesalad to publish a game that I have planned out. To learn the program I got on youtube and followed a pong game tutorial. I am using windows and I cannot find the "actor receives event" button. I literally cannot find it anywhere. As it sits now I am trying to use a actor to change a scene and it is like the button is automatically pushed as soon as the game starts. Basically have a "start" button and am trying to go to an "instructions" screen. Any help would be appreciated!

Double click on your actor - then in the section on the righthand side where you place all your rules and behaviours there is a button in the upper righthand corner that says 'Create Rule' - click on this and a rule behaviour will be made for that actor.

In this rule you will find the 'actor receives event' bit you are after.

Yes, I know that is on the MAC version but the windows version doesn't show it. I cannot even find it in behaviors, and even tried dragging the actor over.

I am trying to change the rules in the backstage window, with is where it has the + rule button.
