What are the corrects URLs for Android - Email & App Review in-app

Hey guys, thanks for the help.

My android app is crashing when I use the "mailto" url from within the app. Is this is a known problem?

Further, what is the correct URL for an app review url from within the app. According to the Android developer guide, it's: market://details?id=package_name

But I can't start the URL with market: in GS. Should I just use the alternative:
http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=package_name

Any advice and help is appreciated!
