Problem "2.31" with Mac publishing

Hi,
i have this issue, and i can't fix it...

Reasons for Rejection:
2.31 Apps that are not sandboxed appropriately may be rejected
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It's strange, because this issue affects only a few Mac Apps, but it seems clear that depends on who reviews the game; I reloaded the game for three times and i changed the metadata but Apple rejected it for the same thing...
so what should I do to fix it?

Or both publishing and signing in 0.10.1?
Wondering if the certificates issues had been fixed with 0.10.1 as I think the sandbox issue was only in 0.10.0?
Be great if the GS team could devote some more time to mac apps. So putting in game center and iaps and fixing all the publishing bugs.
But it's strange that only 2 of my Apps have this "2.31" issue.
For example one of my Mac App was accepted, when I did an update Apple showed this error:
"2.31 Apps that are not sandboxed appropriately may be rejected"
I think that depends from Apple Reviewer discretion.

Did you try publishing and signing with 0.10.1 lately? If the certificates issue has been fixed then this would be the better option. I think 0.10.1 fixed the sandbox issue?

@saladstraightshooter - Any ideas if this is something that is being actively resolved? And if so when we can expect to see it fixed? It's a signing issue in 0.10.1 for mac apps. (It's not a problem with certificates at our end). Would be very glad to see it fixed.

Please contact me about this bug asap. I have mentioned this to you previously and now my app has been rejected for a second time because it is requesting server privileges. I really must get a resolution to this as soon as I can. I am using Gamesalad for my livelyhood, not for fun! Well, both, actually, but you know what I mean! Please guys, I'm sure this is something that won't take too long to look into and fix, surely it's just a checkbox in your publish pipeline? It's clearly something that I do not have any control over, so I'm at your mercy, please help!
....It's clearly a simple case of the app(s) requesting privileges that they do not require, and is surely a piece of cake to put right in the publishing pipeline. I just hope they're listening and can be bothered to uncheck the 'server' checkbox! I'm not trying to belittle the great work that all at GS do, but I'd be very surprised if it was much more complicated than that to fix! Here's hoping........

The UI is really nice. Other app stores should take note!

Any idea if this also fixes published mac games not working on OS 10.6.8? Or was that only happening because of publishing through GS 0.10.0?
EDIT: Apparently GS stopped supporting Snow Leopard apps from GS 0.10.0 so the patch won't rectify that.
