Nook HD/HD+ rejections.

I have submitted a bug report but also want to get anyone's opinion. I have had multiple apps rejected for this from the nook store. I have a nook tablet but not HD or HD+ so I don't know what the frig they are talking about.

On the NOOK HD and NOOK HD+, the Back button in the System bar at the
bottom of the screen should take users to the previous screen in the
app. If users are already at the home screen, the Back button should
quit the app.

1. Begin the app on the NOOK HD and NOOK HD+.
2. Proceed in to gameplay.
3. Select the back button on the NOOK System bar.
Result: The app closes when pressing the back button on the NOOK System
Bar when on a screen other than the Main Menu on the NOOK HD and NOOK
HD+.

GLGAMES

i think there are refering to during game play, pressing the back button will bring the game to main menu and pressing again will quite the app. But i think currently for android publishing, our apps doesn't work quite the same.

I wish they would address this. I've actually had a couple sneak by and they were all done with gamesalad so I guess somebody wasn't checking as well. I've tried to sneak my others by and its not happening. They have laid the smack down on me.
