No link ! Although it's a great post, well structured, no grammar errors (a little tautology, but acceptable).

Haha! Thanks! Do you think it is an iPhone worthy game? (Before I spend $400)

$400 ? Is that for an iPhone ? Or for 'Pro' + Apple developer.

My answer would be 'no', I love the attitude / the irreverence, I like the name, I even like the toast character, but there are a few things that would hold it back as it is.

Personally I'd keep improving my GS skills and in 6 months you could probably make this game in a twentieth of the time this one took you and it will look and sound (is there really no audio?) 10x better.

It's always tempting to stick out your first game (you are lucky I never released "3D-death-dolphin-apocalypse-race™ onto the world) but you will be surprised at how much better your games are 6/12/18 months later.

Very helpful! I was reading the "Best Selling game on GS" and got some good information from there too. It is tempting. the 400 was dev+pro :). I got a free year of pro from my mom and dad for my birthday last year! If you really think that my games will get better in 6/12/18 mo. I will keep upgrading my game. The game has sounds, but I haven't put them in yet :). This game was originally a game created on scratch (scratch.mit.edu) and was a big hit. I thought it was catchy and a good idea, so I asked the creator if I could make an IOS version and he told me that I may. The graphics definately could use some touch ups :P. The scratch creator (SugarToast how ironic) forgot the font he used for the game and is having to pixel the buttons together. The store button and main menu button were both cropped and stuck together and look ugly. Those could definately use some touch ups once I receive the font(if he ever finds it lol).

    Thanks,
    micma

The game is okay. There are no instructions or tutorial, so I don't know how far I have to go to win or advance to the next level. And I didn't figure out what the sugar cubes were for until after I'd lost. It's fun for about 30 seconds. After that, there's no point in continuing to play (besides trying to beat your own high score) because nothing changes. Games need to have increasing difficulty and/or opportunities for luck or skill to play a part.

It's not a bad first effort, but it's certainly not worth $400. I had a student who was asking his parents to buy him a Pro license and my advice to him was to release an app with the free version of GameSalad Creator and see how it does. If 10,000 people download it, it's probably worth it to go pro for your next app. If 100 people download it, then you know you aren't ready yet.

Same say Socks and tatiang, after add more features could be a great project.

@socks I truly believe that you owe the world, "3D-death-dolphin-apocalypse-race™" I for one would be first on line to purchase said masterpiece.

Did you click on the options button? It explains the game there. You can also exchange your coins for upgrades like invincibility and sugar cube worth(1 sugar cube is worth 2 etc.)
