Description

Help the boy on his journey up, by jumping on mysterious blocks. The blocks fall from above and it’s your job to plan ahead and jump strategically, but beware you will not face this journey alone!

Once you have mastered the controls you will whizz through the game, acknowledging the addicting game play and the dark humour buried within.

With the style of the game and its monochromatic ways, it intrigued me, having previously released LAD, this looks right up my street! https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/lad/id530968042?mt=8


Could i suggest that when jumping there is a different animation to that of him standing still the whole time? I think it would make a big difference and would also help in the screenshots as with the boy in the same pose, they all look very similar.

Now due to it being quite black and white with the odd dash of colour, a silhouette boy, and the whole spider getting cocooned thing, expect some bashing from Limbo lovers that just think you're trying to rip that off (even though it'll play completely different).

After playing, my biggest issue is the time it takes to restart! I'm not very good, especially my first few goes and once i die and select restart, using a 4s, it still takes quite long to load. After dying around 5 times in quick succession, the load times on the restart just sucked away all the fun and in all honesty, made me want to stop playing. You should really look at implementing an instant restart system, it will make soo much difference to the player.
Love the atmosphere and music

@beefy_clyro - I'm waiting for the new gamesalad engine to sort this out.

An instant reset would be quite hard to do, with the way i set the game up, but I will look into it.

I'm already cooking an update...

@beefy_clyro- dude thanks, I hope it does well with sales as its a really good concept of vertical platforming with moving platforms that causes the player to panic, this is were the uniqueness lies..:)

@tshirtbooth- just want say a big thank you to all your videos and help in the forums.. It was you who inspired me to continue!! You rock!!!
