Application Loader error? Anybody get this error??

Hi i just recently completed a game and i use application loader to upload to itunes. The know the process quite well andi have done all the steps properly.
During the process after authentication , it stops and says this error.

Application Loader
Error

- Apple's web service operation was not successful

- Unable to authenticate the package: 383327395.itsmp

- Exception occurred when creating MZContentProviderUpload for provider. (1004)



Has anyone got this before??
i read online that it's something on apple's side but im not sure..

Never seen it before. Wait awhile and try again. Also email apple support.
