How long does it take for an iOS paid contract to process?

in iPhone and Android Publishing
Hi

I have just setup my contact info, bank and tax on itunes connect. It's processing now...Does anyone know how long it takes?
Can I still submit my app to apple whilst this is processing?

    Yes it's done, it took 15 mins- now time to submit awesome

    @fsb - after a case of bottle of wines, I found out that the jump sound was increasing the ram, as I had to played when the players velocity was 400. I removed it, I also removed a few other sounds that were eating a lot of ram!!

    I was goin to thank everyone who helped me, once apple had approved it.

    Can I say a big thank you! For your help and ideas!!
