Where is Application Loader?

I cannot find Application Loader anywhere? I am running Lion. Any ideas? Or any other ways around it, like downloading it?

Right click Xcode/Show Packages/Contents/Applications => Application Loader.

Any idea why it won't let me select my .app file in there?

You need to send .zip file.

Yes you have to zip it
