Renewal of my iOS certificates

Hi
yesterday I renewed my certificate for iOS
they expiring January 10, 2013,
so i pay and after i receive a email with 2 codes links
so i activated it by a code for another year.
after few minutes i received an email with the confirmation of the renewal
with the day date set for January 5, 2014
 
Now i wonder what to do exactly,
I have to recreate all the certificates for iOS?
and how i do? if i not revoke the existing one?
someone has already gone through this procedure?
any suggestion is welcome.

thanks, but this procedure is for my certificates or for all provision profile?

Open Xcode and organizer window and in the bottom right hit refresh. Then check your keychain. If not redo the cert process from scratch
