updating game but error (missing screenshot)

hey everyone im having an issue updating my game (save them all 1 for iphone its the blue one) and it keeps saying i have a missing screenshot does anyone know how i can fix this?

    yeah I am having the same problem.. It says that my game supports 4inch display... But I submitted it as iPhone legacy... so it doesn't support 4inch.. but apple still wants that screenshot...?

    I seem to be having a similar issue, finally got round to finishing my update for Frenzy Pop and i've not optimised it for iphone 5 yet, but its asking for the screenshot.. im thinking of just uploading a few screens of the iPhone 5 resolution cropped but then i think it might get rejected

    I had the same issue but submitted the screenshots anyway, just rescaled via photoshop and Apple passed the app.
