Uploading apk files to Google Play

Has anyone been having problems with uploading your apk files to google play? I keep getting an error that says "The server can't process your file. Try again." Then after several tries, it says that "Google Play requires that the certificate used to sign the apk be valid until at least October 22, 2033." Well, I did nothing to the certificate and left the default at 10000 days which is what google recommends and that puts it beyond that date. Then I tried changing the validity number to 20000 to no avail.

What the heck is going on? Help!

maybe consider remaking the keystore file? maybe it got corrupt or something. i remember my first project with google play was a nightmare.. gave up on it for awhile then went back and made a new project orphaning the old one (still there, which is annoying you can't delete it) but yea the 2nd time it worked fine and so far as i could tell i did nothing different.

If you copy and pasted the keystore this happens. Remake your key and type the code string in by hand.
