App package download taking more than an hour?

in iPhone and Android Publishing
I am downloading just a 25 mb app ands it's taking over an hour to download, did not face this problem before, can anyone suggest what's the problem? I just made a new profile for a new app, but it's not downloading only, after which it should ask about the profile.

    Guys any help here it's over two hours now and I have tried thrice now, even restarted twice and then tried redownloading.

    my apps are still not downloading, been over a day now.

    solved. if any one has this problem, delete your game, reupload, make sure its over 70% complete in the details of the gs arcade and re download.
