Dear GS Management/Technical/Sales/Customer Service,
I didn't decide to bring this issue up here until i couldn't get any support from your support team.
Im not able to publish at all and i think i have some serious issues with my account.
Here is the thing, i joined the GS Pro program around last April or May and since that i didn't publish any new projects, but I've been trying to for the last couple of weeks and all what I'm getting is an instant errors after i click (generate app). i did contact support several times and all what I'm getting from them is (keep trying) i kept trying a lot & a lot, in the last 48 hours i tried more than 40 times and still getting errors.
I have a very good internet connection and I'm sure its not the problem while uploading (12MB download/4MB upload)
I even asked someone in a different continent to access my account and try to publish but he is still getting the same errors from my account, but when he tried to publish from his account it went so smooth & fast.
This project is so critical as its moving with a huge marketing campaign that i spent a lot of money on and it's launched already, everyday passes and I'm delayed in-cause of that issue is a loss for me.
I as a lot others do rely on GameSalad and I'm expecting it to deliver the results it should when i need it, and apparently its not and I'm way disappointed and really considering moving to another platform even if ill pay more, cause what matters at the end is the result that the software can deliver & a high end customer service level.
Bottom-line; i need an immediate action from your side to publish my project and i don't want to face any of those issues again.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, did you find a solution?
I had (Parenthesis) in my game description and an @ in my another field.
Once the () was gone... and I changed @ to at, it worked for me.
Another forum post I read once upon a User had a "." in his name ie: 3.itg
It caused that user problems as well... I think SSS changed his name (Omitted the period).
Don't remember if it was publishing problems or not (might have been website problems though)
edit: On another project, I had images named with Chinese characters. broke publishing too.
Just a thought.
I've just a similar problem with a project that I was unable to upload - I was told I have a network problem... (when I don't - a new blank project would upload fine...)
I followed the advice of @3itg - I had a VERY long name to the project - with spaces, dashes etc... my solution was to cut this down in size and keep it simple, and hey presto, it worked.... Gamesalad is a temperamental old girl!
Happy Apping....
