My Iphone game doesn't cover the full screen in android devices

Greetings,

I just got my samsung galaxy s3, so I decided to try the game which I am making for Iphone on it, I read many post saying that the app would cover the full screen of the device, however when I tried the game on the samsung galaxy s3 the game doesn't cover all the screen. Any idea what should I do?.

Regards,
Cerod

It might be because the Samsung Galaxy S3 has a bigger screen than the iPhone 4 and 4s retina screen. By the way, how did you get the app onto your Galaxy S3 because I have one and I couldn't figure out how to get my game on the devixe. Thanks.

Yep, iPhone resolution does not cover the full screen on Android devices. Kindle Fire/Nook Color resolution is the best I've heard for Android as it's pretty near the most popular resolutions.

Just download the android SDK and the android viewer, install the viewer on the samsung galaxy s3, and then you will be able to share the application from your computer to your phone. The thing is that I am even trying a ipad game on android and still it doesn't cover full the screen what I want to know if it is an issue of the viewer or I am doing something wrong?

So if I use that format, it would fit properly on Android phone and Android tablet?

It will have black bars on some devices but they will be much smaller than if you'd use iPhone or iPad resolution.

Do you just plug it in with USB or do you download it to the phone over wifi

You can use GS Viewer without PRO, but if you want to get the apk then you have to be PRO. Android publishing works for both windows and mac.
