My app wont' sink to my iPod Touch, can anyone help?

I was able to publish app and want to test on my iPod. The app loads into iTunes but when I sync I get a message that states that the app could not be synced. Any one have a clue?

    What reason does it give? is it an Adhoc build or a Distribution build? do you have your device UDID setup in the Apps Provisioning Profile? There could be a dozen or more reasons its not working. WE really need more info about what you have and/or haven't done as well as the full error message to hopefully be able to help you.
