iPhone 5 and iOS6 Clarification

I am relatively new to all of this and wonder if anyone can clarify the status with iPhone 5 and iOS6 publishing. I understand that the current version of Creator is not compatible with these and an update is in progress. Can anyone answer the following:

1. Should I wait for the new version before publishing?
2. If I publish my app right now will it work on an iPhone 5?
3. If I publish now will it work on devices with iOS6?
4. Is there is anything else I should be aware of?

Any advice at all would be much appreciated since it's all a bit confusing.

2. The app will work but it'll have blackbars.
3. It should work. I haven't seen any GS games that don't work on iOS 6.

I just published a game for ipad iOS 6 only and I now wish I had waited. The game worked perfectly in adhoc, but now the published version seems to have serious bugs.
