Publishing to Apple Store signature issues

I am having signature issues with application loader. I think the issue might be related to my certificate/distribution certificate, and the fact that I have since changed my apple ID email to a new email. I have loaded an app before with success, but have since changed to a new ID. Do I need to redo my certificates since changing my apple ID?
