Ranking per country? How to tell where you are at?

I was just curious I notice some people post they are number 3 in Finland... or Canada.. How do you get this information? I can see on my iTunes connect account all the different countries my games where downloaded in... but there isn't a rank.. Is that because I'm not ranked... or is there another website I need to check out? Just curious!
