Hey guys! I just wanted to announce my first title, Adventure Jump. This game is a classic platformer with an anime inspired look to it. The game features two main characters as well as many features. We are hopefully looking towards a mid-November launch.

We decided to put up a Kickstarter page and video to help raise extra funding to pay for licensing fees, advertising, as well as additional artwork. Please check out the page/video and feel free to donate. If you have any questions, feedback, or suggestions don't hesitate to let me know!

What are the details/features of the game?

Here are some of things you can look forward to in Adventure Jump!
  • 6 very unique beautifully themed worlds/environments
  • 24 levels
  • 4 unique boss fights
  • Multiple types of enemies to encounter
  • Classic gold coins to collect that help add to your score
  • 3 "special" hidden silver coins per level to find and collect
  • Game Center Achievements
  • Game Center Leaderboards
  • Easy to learn/comfortable intuitive controls perfect for the beginner or hardcore player
  • Story told through beautifully hand drawn panels
  • Level difficulty increases throughout the later worlds
  • Fast paced addictive run and jump action!

Fantastic. You're so right there are not enough good platformers for mobile, this looks like a winner!

Hey this looks like a really nice project, I definitely look forward to seeing more!

Btw, one very small suggestion, I noticed on the gameplay screenshot you have icons for what I assume to be left/right movement and jump. I think because they are slightly angled they are a bit hard to decipher and might confuse some players. The 'up' arrow in particular almost looks like it could be a right arrow. Anyway not a huge deal, people would still work it out, I just thought it was worth mentioning.

Anyway keep up the good work! :)

I appreciate the suggestion Asobu! I definitely can see what you mean. I just recently sent an ad hoc build to a friend and she mentioned the same thing. I will be adjusting them later until they're just right!

That was a really well put together video guys! Kind of reminds me of Indie Game The Movie how they setup the scene. You come across as a really well organised group with some great ideas. I hope it works out well... best of luck!
