How to create an app ipa to upload on testflightapp.com through GS? (solved)

I am testing with testflightapp.com

When I press publish in GS creator, it starts uploading, I did not get any choice to add details or provisioning profiles etc.

Its 38mb so taking time to upload. but have no idea if this is the right way to do it.

Also no idea how to create the build this app which needs to be uploaded to testflightapp for testing.

Can anyone help?

I followed this video, it never shows how to make the app in the first place.

Maybe it is very basic, but I amdoing it for the first time and very confused.

The guide also skips the app part.

Basically the videos I see on you tube, when I press the publish button in GS a new window should open, letting me select device and profiles, but my game just starts uploading directly instead and after uploading for half an hour nothing happens, my account logs out.

GS uses web publishing now, so your project is uploaded to the publish.gamesalad.com site then you can choose your device and prov's from the browser. then you need to generate app, and sign app, to get your .ipa file. Im not familiar with testflightapp.com so after the signing I dont know whats next.
