Yes from what ive heard. I cant remember his name but some guy on here got 20,000 downloads and supposedly made 14,000$)

It sounds like you're asking whether you can hire people to make a game for you for $50-$600. If so... well, it may happen but you'd essentially be asking them to make a game for close to nothing. Consider that a basic game might take someone 30 hours to make and that their time might be worth $30/hour, you're looking at $900 minimum for the game. And that's only if you're providing graphics, sounds, etc.

It depends what you want, I have made very simple games for around 500 and bigger complex ones for over 5k for clients so like I say it all depends what's involved.

everything is possible. depends on how to make your game. dont expect to be rich though unless your game is extremely good. now apple made things worse by removing new releases
