Error 3 (publishing iOS app)

I know there is already a thread discussing the error 3 message when publishing a mac app, but I'm getting this error when signing me an ad hociOS app. I've read the cookbook entry on this error, and I can't figure out what's wrong. I've checked for the following:
Valid provisioning profiles in Xcode
Certificates in correct location in Keychain
Bundle identifier mactches in publisher and computer
codesign_allocate is present and in correct location

Anything I'm missing that could be causing this? I had no problem publishing ad hocs a couple days ago. I did however update Xcode to Xcode 5.

as soon as the error 3 messsage appears open your OS X Console and using the filter option in the top right search for gamesalad. Post your entire output, that will help us and GS determine what the problem is.

Looks like you have duplicate entries in your keychain.

Perfect! Thanks jonmulcahy, I guess I still ahd my expired certificates that I just renewed still in my keychain. I deleted those and now everything is fine!
