Legal Question: Can I publish on other platforms?

I have a legal question. If I publish a game to the iOS platform, using GameSalad, does either company have a legal right to keep me from publishing on other platforms? If I wanted to publish on XBLIG a month later, is there any legal reasons that would keep me from doing so?

I dont believe so! You own the rights to your games, so you should be able to publish them where ever you like.. Unless you have a publishing deal with someone that says otherwise...
