updating amazon app issue.. (version still showing prior version code and name)

Hey everyone,
So using this new publishing system I was doing an update for amazon. the issue is that the new build which is version 2 and 1.0.1 respectively gets uploaded but amazon is seeing it still as 1 and 1.0
One issue i'm noticing with publishing which could be related is that the web site seems to fail to remember the name of my android catagories.. i have one for amazon, google play and nook.. but when i rename them.. the name changes don't stick.. plus i don't get the popup that my app is completed anymore (i never blocked the popups) so i have to refresh the web site.. this could be another issue, but when i refresh i still see 2 and 1.0.1... so it seems that when i go to do the apk sign-in that information is good for at least that instance when i'm signing the apk..
Anyone run into anything like this?
