Importing Sound?

I've tried dragging in mp3 files as well as wav files, it says they are not supported instead of giving me any kind of option to convert them. I can't seem find where to properly do this. I tried converting files to the suggested formats externally, but they didn't play in creator.

    Did you drag them in or did you import them using the little + ?

    You can't import them by pressing the + button, because they only show up if they are the format they need to be converted to, to select them. So if your file is a mp3, it won't even be optional to select it by browsing for it.
