Is Apple still accepting non 4.5 SDK/iOS6 apps without iPhone5 res support?

I had an app rejected for not working on iOS6 (and this is what they will test it on now) but am wondering if new submissions MUST support the iPhone5 screen resolution?

I don't think so, but you need to have your Screenshots iPhone 5 sized.

Well how will that work I do not have the new iPhone and GameSalad Does not yet support the 4 in screen.

What about in gamesalad I tried make the scene that and it was way to big.
Also will it be the right size on the new iPhone or letter boxed.

To confirm Apple have approved a 4.3 SDK app (not iOS6) with screengrabs made for iPhone5 with black sidebars....so that is good until GS comes out with the update.
