I'm here pretty long, but I'm still not sure - is my Xcode version important when I'm publishing a game with GS? Or maybe this is not important at all, because it all depends on Xcode version on GameSalad side?
Thanks for clarification!

Also if what you say is true there would be no need for Android SDK to be installed either so GS must use The SDK libary. Remember GS takes the Code from the SDK and somewho converts it to XML.

The_Gamesalad_Guru Posts: 9,922As to handling you provisioning profiles yes. GS has to ask permission and uses your keychain to sign the app. This is why it happens after the app is compiled. Apple's provisioning system is basically what is called Public Key Encryption. And your public key is in your keychain. This what you do when you request a signing when you first make your keys with Apple. This system was designed decades ago by Phill Zimmerman who created the first public encryption program called PGP. So the short answer is both. This is why your version of Xcode needs to match the version of Xcode gamesalad is using to compile the code. Follow me.
