Installing App on iPad Problem

Hey everyone,

I am just trying to test out a quick app I made on my ipad. I am using testflight to get it on my iPad. I got it on my ipad but it will start to install and then stop and say, cannot install this app at this time.
I dont know what to do, I tried to publish it again but the same thing happened.
I installed other apps so i know its not my iPad.

What do I do? I just wanted to test out some things in this app so I can see if this app lags or not.

this happened to one of my apps last night. try removing the build from testflight and then reuploading it.
