Ad Hoc Publishing Problem

I have a question about publishing to ad hoc with gamesalad, I have made an ad hoc .mobileprovision but when I try to publish all I see is the developer * profile. Should I be seeing the ad hoc mobileprovisioning profile, or do I choose the developer * and it will have ad hoc capabilities?

You can't use the Team Provisioning profile to sign you apps, it wont create a valid app file. You need to use the provisioning profile you created with the selected app ID(s). I'm not seeing my provisioning profile either, all though I can confirm that it is valid. This new app signing process seems like a lot of unnecessary work.

Um correction, if you have a corporate account with apple you can use the team profile with the asterisk. To use you must get it's bundle ID look it up in Xcode my is a series of letters and numbers not the .com convention. Put that as your bundle ID in GS and it works fine. Just published the other day doing it. Maybe I'll do a quick video on this.

Can confirm that if you enter in your Bundle identifier (8 character string) it will give you an error saying "cannot be only 1 string".

Yes the asterisk means any app name so after the . Put your app name and all will work with team profile. The asterisk is a placeholder or wild card tag for your app name. Just remove it and put in app name like CFG56JLO.tinymonsters
