Wrong Publish on GameSalad HTML5 Arcade

Hello everyone, i still have a problem to publish my game on a GameSalad Arcade HTML5, when i do all steps to publish my app, is appears this error message:
Something went wrong publishing your app to the arcade. Please check your settings, make sure your icon and default loading images are png files and try again. If the problem persists contact us and reference publish request [fadd6372-ceb6-49e7-b29d-dd590]
I tried to check all file inside the app, and is all ok every image is a real png, nothing is wrong or corrupted, after check i retried with entire project, but appears the same message
Anybody have a idea about this? i become a crazy are 3 days that i feel to publish on GS Arcade HTML5.
